Rob Holt grew up on Kaweka Ranch, teaching himself how to hunt and spending days rafting down the nearby Mohaka River.

He knows the Kaweka Ranges like the back of his hand having trekked all through them hunting in his teens. Rob loves this land and his favourite place on the ranch is the top of the rugged limestone cliffs where he enjoys taking other hunters to glass for game.
He attended the local school with only 25 people - but don't worry - he's been allowed out of the area for spells since then! Rob's hunting escapades include adventures to Africa, New Caledonia and Australia.
His adventures in New Zealand include 9 years as a professional hunter and casual mustering through the South Island high country. His adventures of course also include a few crazy things we can't really mention here.
Rob spent several years jumping out of helicopters to catch goats, but his best catch was his wife Nadine with whom he has 2 daughters who love to pig hunt!
